Manhattan clinical psychiatrist Dr. Judy Kuriansky said Sheen is "like the indulged and enabled misbehaved child."

"No one is setting boundaries for him and so there is no incentive for him to learn," said Kuriansky, who said Sheen's repeated trips to rehab are "like putting a Band-Aid on a systemic problem."
